Cerebral Cortex

The cerebral cortex is composed of 5 lobes: The frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe and limbic lobe

Frontal Lobe:

The frontal lobes are composed of 4 major gyri in each hemisphere.

1.     Precentral gyrus

2.     Superior Frontal Gyrus

3.     Middle Frontal Gyrus

4.     Inferior Frontal Gyrus
